Tarnac Sans
Tarnac Sans is just Tarnac without the serifs. It was made the exact same way the very first Sans serif typefaces were made, by chopping off the serifs of a Slab serif typeface. Featuring the minimum corrections, Tarnac Sans keeps its older sibling’s main specificities, like the flat sided countershapes, or the excessively wide “T”. The italic is inspired by hand painted signs, where the letters are less slanted than rotated, giving it this atypical flow. See also Tarnac Slab.
